I have been here many times and love the atmosphere and have been coming here regularly for their wing night. Tonight they failed. I ordered a dozen wings and sat down with friends that were not eating. My ticket time seemed to be taking a while so I started paying attention to other orders. Dozens had been served that ordered after me. After 45 minutes I approached the bar to ask for a refund. A person was requested from the kitchen to help me. I asked for a refund for the food I hadn't received. She questioned if I had received anything at all. I told her no as the wings were all I had ordered. I showed her my receipt and pointed to the table I was sitting at. She glanced over to it and voided the transaction. I felt as if I wasn't believed that my order really did not come out. The order was all of $4 and some change, even if the wings came out raw I would have just not eaten them and left. I would not have asked for a refund but not serving anything at all I believe a refund is just. I really do like this place but dont like the feeling of not being believed. I did not receive an apology either which would have been proper.

This is our go to venue. The entertainment is top notch and the beer and food is great. When the weather warms up it's good to chill out on the patio. But I have to give a shout out to the Brew Crew. They do an outstanding job!! And they are pet friendly.

My wife and I absolutely love Back Road Brewing. It is one of our favorite places to hang out. Great food and a great selection of drinks. They were even so kind as to replace the gift card we had lost on Christmas!

We just hosted my moms 60th B-Day in the Hayloft upstairs and it was incredible. The service, the food, music, and drinks were great. We were able to quickly decorate and breakdown all while the servers checked in on us! Best of all my mom had a great time!

While it’s a great location, the beer misses the mark. If you’re a craft beer enthusiast, try one of the other breweries in the area first, such as Log Tavern, Fox N Hare, Angry Erik, Wallnepaupack, Shawneecraft, Jam Room, or Equilibrium. The service is also hit or miss, sometimes with long lines and wait times.
Hope they can improve on it, and look forward to giving them another try in the future!

The staff are super friendly and nice. I would give it 5 star for the service. The food is a bit interesting and I feel a bit ambivalent and therefore the overall 3 stars. The chips for the nachos are actually bbq potato chips instead of the regular chips for nachos. Personally I would prefer the nacho chips.

We. had our sons high school graduation party here in their private room upstairs. It was absolutely perfect, The staff was Incredible and the food was great,. Everyone raved about the experience and they exceeded all expectations

Awesome gem with great beer, cider and seltzers. Very affordable prices on drinks and food. Staff is amazing and so are the pizzas! If you haven't been here and have a chance, then you should definitely stop here!

Great stop! Beer was fantastic! Pizza was great! Nice friendly atmosphere. Sat outside listening to some great music talking with some nice people we had just met! After the band stopped we went inside and upstairs to catch up on the football games on the televisions! Our first time there but definitely not our last! Will be back next weekend! Hidden gem! Highly recommend! Very family friendly!
