It's alright... this location isn't too busy when I've been there, but I'm not there often enough to comment more on their service; but I was the only one in there early this morning and they made my egg n' bacon pretty good, however, I was very clear that I didn't want cheese on it because I never asked for it, and plus I said since it seems to be a common mistake in general. Nice place, could use a remodel it's to dreary. As for service, I use the mobile ordering so I don't get the snotty attitude most of the young workers have in there. And after my last visit I'm not going back after the comment was made to me "well a tip would be nice, I did make your coffee" not going back there any time soon.
