The coffee is always made perfect however they don't wrap the food before putting it into the bag. I get bagels almost all the time and the past 3 times my bagels weren't wrapped and were just thrown into the bag!!! I'm also Servsafe certified so I know that's a HUGE no no. Food cannot come in contact with the utensils and butter packets also thrown into the bag, its called cross contamination and places get shut down for these minor errors that can make people sick. My coffee was perfect. I ordered the new nutty pumpkin latte with oatmilk. They put the perfect amount of oatmlik in my latte. They had several staff working, but most were standing around. One was drinking a coffee behind the counter. There was a issue with the computer on the register and it seemed like no one knew what to do. It was quite disorganized.
