Our experience was really great. It was the best food and service quality we have ever had at Bar Louis. Our server was Victoria and she was so accommodating and friendly. Everything was perfect!
We went for brunch on a Sunday at 12:30pm in the Delmonico Room. The timing was perfect because we had the whole place to ourselves, which was why I put quiet for noise level. The waiter that normally works the shift called out and we were greeted by one of the bartenders from Bar Louis that took care of us. He was phenomenal! We dine often at the Hotel Fauchere. It has always been outstanding. But, yesterday one lone young woman was the only server. She did the best she could but our food arrived cold. Request for a tomato slice and ketchup were fulfilled after we had finished eating.
