“We were just there over the weekend and it was so worth stopping in for. TBH when we first pulled up it’s not your typical “restaurant/cafe” bc it was surely someone’s home. Not meaning that’s a bad thing just different so you don’t second guess where you are going. Now the food! The food was amazing! Mac and cheese grilled panini? You will fall off of your chair good! You can really feel the time that went into our soup as well. Tomato basil was so homemade and flavorful! We will definitely be stopping in again and would go out of our way to do so! “Love Katery to go! I order a few times a month if not a few times a week and the food never disappoints! Love the daily specials, lots of yummy options. My favorite is the Greek pita or the Mexican street corn wrap special. But the Grilled Chicken BLT, Ceaser Salad, Burgers & Chicken wings on the regular menu are also amazing (just to name a few). “Following reading reviews on FB, I decided to give Goodies on 739 a try for our Social Distancing Housewarming, with a few friends. It was the best choice we could have made. The food was absolutely amazing!!! We ordered 1/2 trays of Pernil, the shredded chicken and Empanadas and our guest were asking for doggy bags even before dinner was over. Not only was the food spot on, the service was exceptional. We requested a 4:00 PM pick up. When my husband returned home the dishes were fresh and hot, the empanadas were cooked a little under done “as per our request”. We wanted them to be able to finish in the oven (suggested by Ed) so that they were hot when served to our guest. Prior to Covid we entertained often and I assure you, post covid, Goodies on 739 will be a must have at every event. If you were considering patronizing this wonderful establishment, consider no more, it’s a must. Support your local restaurants and stores, they are doing great things and working very hard.
