“This has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to and this is my second review about this place. The employees are usually younger and very rude, always have attitudes, always seem lazy and they purposefully make you wait online forever. I came here at 9:20 today and they forgot two things in my order so I tried going inside and the doors were locked… Ok fine. I then went on the drive-thru line and waited over 20 minutes on a line packed with other cars. Once we got to the speaker they told us they were only taking mobile or DoorDash orders… WHY? Because you couldn’t handle an huge line of people and are so understaffed? Ridiculous if you ask me. They were taking forever to take everyone’s order which in my opinion they do this on purpose. I’m ALL for employees taking their time because working in this business is definitely not an easy thing to do but remember that you are also dealing with real people and your supposed to have good etiquette and customer service even if it’s not some fancy upscale restaurant. These people turn their restaurant lights off to make it seem like they are closed while people are driving by and they are just so unprofessional. Please do better.“

“Stopped in for a patty melt sandwich and a cup of tea on a winter Sunday and had a perfect experience. The food is comforting, healthy and delicious and the ingredients are super high quality. The service is friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. The ambience is just right. It’s a 40-minute drive for me, but it’s worth it. I wouldn’t change a thing.“

“Very friendly staff, she was on her own but she handled my large order kindly and with accuracy. The food was great, I always love the chicken tenders and Texas toast. Blizzards were made great and very full of toppings. The indoor seating area is cute with wooden booths, the bathroom is outdoors and it's 1 unisex restroom. Only fault is the door doesn't lock but it was clean and surprisingly warm. Overall a great place for lunch and a treat.“

“Just had to come on give Ben's Fresh a review. Excellent food, just tried the cheesesteak burger bomb. Absolutely delicious and friendly staff and clean!! Thank you to Chef Bobby and staff!!!“
“I just went to the food truck. the guys ordered chicken gyros. let just say absolutely amazing. they were only $8 yet portioned like a $20 sandwich. the guy was so nice and friendly. definitely wish he was staying around. 5 stars“

“This Wendy's was very nice and clean. The service was ok but there was a longer than expected wait for our food. This statement is not to be a reflection on the employees. They were working very hard, were friendly, and courteous but it did appear that they were short staffed.“

“My wife and I rocked up to BK in Port Jervis like two people who’d already lost the will to cook.
Playlist? Absolute bangers. Service? Lightning. The nice lady took our order (Whopper meal, chicken sandwich, cheesy bites). 4 minutes and 39 seconds later the food appeared (yes, I timed it, and yes, my wife judged me the entire time).
Food: exactly what it says on the tin. Whopper tasted like 1997 called and wants its nostalgia back. Cheesy bites = lava-hot joy bombs. Chicken sandwich = fine, whatever, moving on. No forks provided; we went full caveman and used our hands like the elegant adults we are.
We briefly considered dessert, gazed upon the calorie Mount Everest we’d just climbed, looked at each other, and simultaneously whispered “absolutely not.” My jeans were already staging a quiet protest.
Solid tunes, Olympic speed, zero judgment when we murdered a forest of napkins. Port Jervis BK didn’t change our lives, but it absolutely fed us in record time and made us laugh.
Five stars for efficiency, four stars for flavor, six stars for not judging us when we left looking like we lost a fight with a ketchup bottle. We’ll be back… probably next week when we give up on cooking again.“

“Every evening, I get hot tea from the restaurant. For the first time, a sweet, cheerful employee named Madeline gave me my tea in two separate cardboard cups. When I asked her about this thoughtful gesture and thanked her, she said, “It’s very hot and we didn’t have a cup holder, so I thought I should give you two cups.” You’re quite lucky to have such a considerate employee, and I’m very grateful to her—her cheerful demeanor remains intact.“
