Happened to find Angus 83 on our way home to CT and we were more than pleasantly surprised. The owner/chef is very engaging and knows how to prepare delicious food. The waitress was terrific and brought us a complimentary appetizer of fried mozzarella that was incredible. The entrees, a steak and their signature burger were great. Oh yeah and the chicken wings are really really good. I will make the ride out there again just to dine at Angus 83.
We stopped in for an early dinner after a day of leaf peeping along the Delaware River. Our server, Erica, asked if we had eaten here before. We said 'no' and she came back with a complimentary plate of fried green tomatoes, which were excellent, as we considered our choices. We split an order of bacon tater tots to start. Have been twice, food was Great both times. Awesome Fish tacos and pork tacos, Prime Rib was terrific, prime rib soup was very tasty and today we had burgers that we really nice too. Haven’t had anything bad really. And, casual comfortable atmosphere with Very friendly owners. Definitely recommend.
