Good luck getting an order through over the phone. can't even get past a fast "please hold". Tried calling three times and waited over 10 mins. Maybe get more people on the phone orders.

I feel like I'm back in the city!!
We have been going to John’s since they opened. The food has always been fantastic! However over the last several months the quality and quantity of the food has severely gone down hill. Several of our orders they have gotten wrong. $20 salads that used to be packed with proteins and toppings are now all lettuce and minuscule toppings. Subs that used to be packed are now all bread.
