Place is trying to go fine dinning. $17 for a chicken caesar wrap is what I would expect for fine dinning in a city not in here in Perry county. It's run down and not very inviting from the outside. Still trying to decide if it was truly worth the cost, in the meantime we will frequent places with more reasonable prices. The cocktails were very expensive too, moreso than your average bar and the liquor used was not top shelf.

We were meeting family that were traveling about half the distance between Harrisburg, PA and Green Furnace State Park. This was the place we picked in Millersville, PA. The food and service was great. Found out the waitress had been working there for 18 years, which says a lot about the Italian owner that has owned for many more years. Our friends had the scallops. We had the pizza and the ham stromboli. It’s a tavern style place that It seems in the middle of nowhere, but its just off a major roadway. It has a tavern style, upscale atmosphere inside with plenty of tables for dining.
Vegetarian options: A regular menu with enough options for vegetarians.

I don't even know how we found this place because it feels like it is way out in the country, but we were pleasantly surprised. The service was lovely and food was good, but the cocktails were the best thing. They had a long menu of interesting variations of martinis, and some interesting twists on traditional ones.

Just had the first of many great experiences at Mastracchio’s. Young guy behind the bar was full of hospitality and personality! He suggested a specially pizza but we opted for a killer huge burger and the cheesesteak sub. Happy bellies for sure! We’ll see you again soon.

I always look forward to the specials each week. The cooks do a fantastic job. With extended hours again it’s been great to enjoy a nightcap here as well as the friendly atmosphere the new bartender brings to the table.
