Bad bad their was hair in my food but it was still good tho i mess w it
Good food, great service!
I stop by Tropical Smoothie Cafe pretty often when I’m looking for a quick breakfast option. My usual go-to is the Chia Banana Boost—it’s really tasty, smooth, and always hits the spot. It works well as a breakfast replacement, but just a heads up, it’s definitely on the higher-calorie side, coming in around 700–780 calories.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers a variety of menu items, including the popular Lean Machine smoothie, which can be customized to individual tastes. The cafe provides great service, with food often ready before arrival when ordered through the app. The staff, particularly older women, seem dedicated to their jobs and provide excellent service. However, evening shifts with teenage workers may result in incorrect orders. Smoothies can be hit or miss, with some tasting like water with a hint of flavor. The cafe also offers a range of vegetarian options, and their smoothies are all vegetarian. Customers can enjoy free parking and the cafe is suitable for families with children. Overall, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a popular destination for refreshing treats and good service.
