My waiter was very nice. The food was very good, even though the place was packed. The service was quick, food took a bit. Two birthdays happened during my dinner. I was in the bathroom, and the door locked from the inside and looked vacant. Little did I know, there was a random guy vaping like a vape addiction tiktoker from gen z. Kai Cenat rained this generation. I have asthma, so that guy vaping did not help. Over all good job Texas Roadhouse!

A little noisy but always good food and a good time.
I placed a carry out order for dinner and after paying and tipping through the app I called the restaurant to ask where I could park my bobtail semi truck ( no trailer). I was told to park across the street and walk in the pouring rain to get my food. So because I drive a truck Texas Roadhouse has decided that I am beneath a normal customer and am only welcome when I am not parked on their property. I pulled up to the restaurant and there were plenty of spaces. Not only did I have to walk in the rain to get my food I had to pay more for my meal because apparently free rolls are only a privilege for those dining in. I will never patronize a Texas Roadhouse again in my life because I don't spend money at businesses that treat me as a second class citizen.

The wait staff are always nice. But that's about all that is good. Every time we eat there it's at least 45 minutes till you get your food and for a steak house they always over cook my steak I've tried 5 times in the last yr, all bad. Must be super hard to make a medium rare.. I want to go more but I'm not wasting money on over cooked food.. !!!!

So sad to receive a $20 filet cooked well done when asked to be cooked med-rare. Also, did not receive baked potato fixins and mushrooms-onion add on for a steak. I spent over $100 for dinner and got screwed out of quality.
They had a hard time accommodating a group of 5 and 2 kids. My ribs were dried out like they were over cooked or had been sitting around too long.

Casie was our server, she was awesome refills without asking, checked on us frequently. Food was nice and hot...my beef tips were not cooked well enough not her fault and probably not the cooks fault I just like it almost burnt...lol clean restrooms and dining
