First time at this location and I have to say the best customer service here! Not only did manager come to table to check on things(2x) but when she realized I had been served but my son was still waiting 15 minutes later they promptly retrieved his meal and discounted for the delay. It was such a give great service vibe ill definately return when visiting my son again.
Amazing place
Service was pretty good. The server was upbeat and having fun. It happened to be my birthday dinner with my brothers and sister inlaw. They do the crazy singing and clapping real loud. They get half the staff and the dinning room involved. It's very similar to the movie Waiting. The singing part only. Watch the movie if you get a chance. The server forgot to put our appetizer in. Texas Roadhouse is your go-to place for a reliable steak. The awesome waitress ensures timely service with a smile, even during busy times. A must-try is the loaded sweet potato with Camerl sauce on the steak. Despite a hiccup with a 24oz Ft Worth Ribeye, the manager handled it well. The restaurant is loud but perfect for families looking for a great meal. This location was on par with success, with fantastic service. Our waitress was very attentive and treated us like family. The food was delicious, and the perfect temperature was appropriate.
