They are fast I'll give them that. I don't know if they're undertrained or what, but the drinks aren't made right. I've ordered a frozen drink twice and both times it was watery and looked nothing like the picture. Today I ordered a cookie frap and again, watery at the bottom. I also ordered a pumpkin chai latte with light ice and it had a normal amount of ice and they didn't even add the cold foam or the pumpkin spice topping. I went with my sisters for our annual Christmas outing Starbucks drink. The staff was very nice and helpful and quick turnaround time to get us out shopping. The drinks were all good and done to our liking.

The staff were super polite and super friendly! Brought my pet chicken through the DT and they gave her a cup of ice water with strawberries! She absolutely loved it and it was such a kind gesture! Thank you guys!!
