Waited forever. They send you around to the front to help with their drive thru times, even when you order ahead. They take forever to bring your food out (20 minutes) and when you get it, it's cold. In theory... if you're waiting for food, how does one serve it cold??
I have to give a huge shoutout to the manager at Monongahela McDonalds! The last two times I’ve been there with the kids he just went over and above for his customers. He has turned that place around for the good ? Thank you for your kindness and care, Sir!
