“Hamburgers and buns were cold. We went back and explained our issue with the cold food. The young lady listened and was starting to get the manager. The manager stepped around the corner and looked at her, and inquired about the issue. The manager then had the young lady attend to the other patrons while he personally remade the sandwiches.Mistakes happen. The staff handled this one outstandingly well ?“
“So - I did really like that they locked the doors when they realized that they'd be too overwhelmed when a staff member leaving would cause them to be really understaffed & they knew their service would tank. But, they didn't put a sign up when they locked it, they didn't have any baked potatoes, and the wait was rather long for one sandwich, one medium fry, and two frosty's. I respect that they knew their limits with the number of staff, and them wanting to avoid having terrible service and incredibly overwhelmed staff,... but locking the doors without a sign saying why, or when they'd be reopened, was very odd.
