Wendy's in Pittsburgh

“The food was what you would expect. Good but obviously still fast food. Service was exceptional. Staff were extremely polite and friendly, moreso than most fast food restaurants, about on par with a nice diner. Would visit again next time I'm passing through and need something quick to eat. Not having to deal with rude or lazy staff is worth driving a little out of the way for this Wendy's, within reason.“

“The gentleman with the dreads needs more recognition! He was working every part of that place and you can tell he has good work ethic! I always get a chicken wrap, with no ranch, and sometimes at other places the ranch is still in it or the chicken is dry. At this store my order was correct, hot, and delicious. I didn’t catch your name but thank you so much for the service with a smile. I appreciate you!“

“I was very impressed with the team that worked that night. They were very accommodating and orders were accurate. They made the sandwich, not just stuff thrown on a bun. They were so nice, spoke to everyone that came in, very rare for fast food these days. RT 60 Wendy's“

“Used the drive through and staff was very pleasant, I received my food so fast I almost pulled off without my change but the window attendant caught me.
My order was extremely fresh and hot!
I hardly eat at any fast food because it’s usually wrong or not fresh but the sandwich was well put together, the fries were the best fast food fries I’ve had in years, and the service was great.“

“Since I've spent most of my service technician time in a van. I've come to know most of the fast food restaurants in Pittsburgh. This Wendy's in particular has yet to get an order wrong, short wait times, friendly staff. And good food even towards the end of the shift when they're about to close. A big thank you to everybody that orders a meal with a number on it.“

“Elijah and salik prepared my food for me today and it was amazing I saw them consistently pushing out orders no time wasted no phones no distractions all work and when I got my food it was perfectly prepared hot and ready I have much love for fast food employees because it's a hard job but these men are doing great at it thank you guys“

“Wendy's is my go to restaurant when I'm away on errands. Why? Consistent food quality in a complete lunch for under $10.00. Their $5.00 BIGGIE meal includes a junior bacon cheesey (delicious), 4 chicken nugget (yummy with BBQ sauce), REAL French fries ? (not reprocessed potato mash) and a variety of ample sized soft drinks (I enjoy Barqs Root Beer). Add a junior hamburger ? for your companion. No other fast food eatery can match Wendy's for value.“

“It took a while before someone asked me for my order. Once the order was taken, it went smoothly for the remaining to we were there. Our service was fast friendly and efficient. It just didn't seem like there was enough waiters/waitresses.“

“I almost never leave reviews like this but.. Tonight was the second time I have encountered Mykale at the drive thru window and I’m glad I got his name this time. What a breath of fresh air he is. So genuinely kind and has a calm warmth to him that I haven’t experienced in a drive thru in years. Good for him, I hope he is rewarded!“

“I was here on a Saturday early afternoon and the staff was super friendly and got my order ready quickly! I ordered on the app when I was like a 10 min walk away. And by the time I got there, it was sitting on the counter waiting for me. I like this Wendy’s because it’s not crowded or busy so if I wanted to enjoy my meal in peace and take my time this would be a fast food location I could do that at. Bonus points because they have charging outlets too. It’s near the bus stops so it’s very convenient when I need to charge my phone in order to use my bus pass.“

“I stopped at this Wendy's location while I was on my way to an appointment. The only food I like from this chain is their french fries and chicken nuggets, which they sadly don't serve in the mornings. To my surprise, they offered to prepare a fresh batch early just for my brother and I. That act of kindness made it the best Wendy's experience I've had thus far -- that and the piping hot fresh nuggets and fries.“

“As short staffed and as busy as they were the food was still hot and fresh. The wait time was even shorter than when fully staffed. The young lady who was managing was on roller skates but still provided 100% customer service! Kudos to the entire team for a job well done! Dining room needed attention but was perfectly understandable being short staffed.“
