Wendy's in Pittsburgh

“The food was what you would expect. Good but obviously still fast food. Service was exceptional. Staff were extremely polite and friendly, moreso than most fast food restaurants, about on par with a nice diner. Would visit again next time I'm passing through and need something quick to eat. Not having to deal with rude or lazy staff is worth driving a little out of the way for this Wendy's, within reason.“

I came through on a Friday night with my daughter about 1130 pm and the individual working the drive thru was super nice and funny and was just giving off good energy. I don't remember their name but I wanted them recognized for making us smile.“

“I was just sad and drunk (I was a passenger with my husband) and ordered a wrap with bacon and said “please make it nice” and it’s the best wrap I’ve ever had from Wendy’s. I appreciate the workers so much.“

“Elijah and salik prepared my food for me today and it was amazing I saw them consistently pushing out orders no time wasted no phones no distractions all work and when I got my food it was perfectly prepared hot and ready I have much love for fast food employees because it's a hard job but these men are doing great at it thank you guys“

“The gentleman with the dreads needs more recognition! He was working every part of that place and you can tell he has good work ethic! I always get a chicken wrap, with no ranch, and sometimes at other places the ranch is still in it or the chicken is dry. At this store my order was correct, hot, and delicious. “Wendy's is my go to restaurant when I'm away on errands. Why? Consistent food quality in a complete lunch for under $10.00. Their $5.00 BIGGIE meal includes a junior bacon cheesey (delicious), 4 chicken nugget (yummy with BBQ sauce), REAL French fries ? (not reprocessed potato mash) and a variety of ample sized soft drinks (I enjoy Barqs Root Beer). Add a junior hamburger ? for your companion. No other fast food eatery can match Wendy's for value.“

“Since I've spent most of my service technician time in a van. I've come to know most of the fast food restaurants in Pittsburgh. This Wendy's in particular has yet to get an order wrong, short wait times, friendly staff. And good food even towards the end of the shift when they're about to close. A big thank you to everybody that orders a meal with a number on it.“

“I almost never leave reviews like this but.. Tonight was the second time I have encountered Mykale at the drive thru window and I’m glad I got his name this time. What a breath of fresh air he is. So genuinely kind and has a calm warmth to him that I haven’t experienced in a drive thru in years. Good for him, I hope he is rewarded!“

“I've stopped going to Wendy's bc the building of burgers, & customer service, consistency between locations is gone. I had a taste for a chocolate Frosty. Previous stops, Frostys couldn't be made. This time, I was greeted, properly served, treated like a patron, the drive server had unique Southern charm.“

“Attempted to get coffee after 5:30, first drive thru window closed...park and go in. Paying cash so, I went to the counter, ask for large coffee. The response was very rude, we don't have coffee, that's for morning. My reply was, well coffee is all day when people work. He says why don't you just go to 7-11 we don't have coffee. Horrible customer service, never again. A simple, I'm sorry we don't make coffee late in the day, I don't know, but it wasn't that simple.“
