Wendy's in Pittsburgh

“The food was what you would expect. Good but obviously still fast food. Service was exceptional. Staff were extremely polite and friendly, moreso than most fast food restaurants, about on par with a nice diner. Would visit again next time I'm passing through and need something quick to eat. Not having to deal with rude or lazy staff is worth driving a little out of the way for this Wendy's, within reason.“

“I was very impressed with the team that worked that night. They were very accommodating and orders were accurate. They made the sandwich, not just stuff thrown on a bun. They were so nice, spoke to everyone that came in, very rare for fast food these days. RT 60 Wendy's“

“The gentleman with the dreads needs more recognition! He was working every part of that place and you can tell he has good work ethic! I always get a chicken wrap, with no ranch, and sometimes at other places the ranch is still in it or the chicken is dry. At this store my order was correct, hot, and delicious. I didn’t catch your name but thank you so much for the service with a smile. I appreciate you!“

“Since I've spent most of my service technician time in a van. I've come to know most of the fast food restaurants in Pittsburgh. This Wendy's in particular has yet to get an order wrong, short wait times, friendly staff. And good food even towards the end of the shift when they're about to close. A big thank you to everybody that orders a meal with a number on it.“

“I Really like this location! The staff, whether you dine in or drive through, has always been So Nice! I know fast food restaurants could be a toss up however, this Wendy's, has got it right. “I ordered through the mobile app but my order wasn't in their system because of a glitch. I told them what was in my order and they made it no questions asked. From the few times I've been here, the staff have always been friendly and accommodating.“

“Wendy's is my go to restaurant when I'm away on errands. Why? Consistent food quality in a complete lunch for under $10.00. Their $5.00 BIGGIE meal includes a junior bacon cheesey (delicious), 4 chicken nugget (yummy with BBQ sauce), REAL French fries ? (not reprocessed potato mash) and a variety of ample sized soft drinks (I enjoy Barqs Root Beer). Add a junior hamburger ? for your companion. No other fast food eatery can match Wendy's for value.“

“I almost never leave reviews like this but.. Tonight was the second time I have encountered Mykale at the drive thru window and I’m glad I got his name this time. What a breath of fresh air he is. So genuinely kind and has a calm warmth to him that I haven’t experienced in a drive thru in years. Good for him, I hope he is rewarded!“

“The cutie sweet girl who was working the drive thru march 3, 2026 at 4:45pm deserves a raise and nothing but happiness for the rest of her life. She accidentally gave me the wrong drink and I didn’t go back to get my correct drink because I didn’t really care. As I’m sitting in my car eating my burger she came up to my car window and gave me the correct drink and apologized. It’s literally pouring down rain and she did not have to do that at all. Great employee and amazing customer service she is an angel and I love her“

“It’s a decent location, but they somehow didn’t get my online order and so I had to buy mine twice and call corporate to get a refund. The manager was somewhat rude about it and was not willing to admit it was their fault at all that they didn’t have it, even when I showed proof that I had spent my money on it.“

“I stopped at this Wendy's location while I was on my way to an appointment. The only food I like from this chain is their french fries and chicken nuggets, which they sadly don't serve in the mornings. To my surprise, they offered to prepare a fresh batch early just for my brother and I. That act of kindness made it the best Wendy's experience I've had thus far -- that and the piping hot fresh nuggets and fries.“

“This Wendy's is actually very clean and the service is fast. It feels that they have enough staff to be functional. The quality of the food was also surprisingly fresh. Nothing like the Wendy's in Lawrenceville (Pittsburgh, PA) wich is an utter disaster. )“
