I ordered food for my family of 4 on the app to pick up inside at the Pittsburgh PA Freeport road (waterworks) location. We had a few things wrong with our order, one of which was my fault because of issues with the app. The woman at the desk who helped me, I believe her name was Amanda, was amazing. She went above & beyond expectations. Thanks to her I had an excellent experience. We need more people like her in customer service. I’ve been coming to this wendys for years and received the best service this evening.. the older gentleman working the drive thru was very nice and you could tell he really cares about what he does! Great
