just went there tonight after covin 19 and I must say that the staff is very nice. great service thank you Panera bread for staying open during covin 19. hope to see you again. mark Robinson
Took 15 minutes after ordering at kiosk to get my Croissant and an Empty Coffee Cup. Very slow service. Extremely crowded and backed up. Probably thirty orders on the screen with huge line of people waiting to get served.

Was a first visit to Panera's in Fox Chapel. Very disorganized. New staff person needed help. She didn't give us cups to get our drinks, or include a to-go bagel i ordered. Having tracking station in the middle of the restaurant was problematic when orders were not correct. More trips back to the counter where orders were placed.
