This place is so filthy and unclean I couldn’t bring myself to order something. If you have another available option, do not waste your time and money at this location.

Love the iced tea. I'll go there just for that.

Food is decent but seems to not be as good as a few years ago. Facilities have also declined a bit. Service is sometimes great, sometimes really lacking. At the end of the day, it's a Panera.

The macaroni and cheese has never been fully heated up at this location. It ALWAYS has either had cold spots or has just been cold through the entire meal. The only reason they get two stars is because of the staff who kindly correct any error every time.

The manager (I think her name is Sophia) is always so polite. Any time I ever had even the slightest issue, she was there to fix it immediately. And with a smile on her face. She's the reason I

Soufflé was cold, was informed there is a microwave to warm which was filthy. Bathroom was also a complete mess with tissue and empty cups on the floor.

Seriously? this food tastes like garbage. I regret ordering here, shame on me. The giant eagle next door has much better tasting soups and bread than what you will find here. How do I know this? I was sick all week and ordered soups and bread from everywhere. The worst part about it is how overpriced it is. It’s insulting to pay this much money for the low quality dog food you get served here. That being said, the service is fast. If you want good soup and good bread, just go right next door to giant eagle, and you will pay (a little) less and get food that actually tastes like food, what a novel idea. Not sure when their franchise went to hell, but it did, save your hard earned money and get real food somewhere else. Would not even return for a free meal.

If you've been to a Panera before then you know what to expect, (except this one is pretty big, relative to the ones I've been to before)Parking: It's a mall...

I'll preface this with it wasn't a lunch hour and it was by busy.I ordered half a sandwich and a cup of French onion soup. They forgot cheese for the French onion soup and it was cold. The sandwich was missing the items I requested on it and was soggy. How hard is it to make a basic order?

Food is just thrown together... For the cost of the food it should look a lot better than this. What you order vs what for get for a $10 sandwich.

Honestly, I haven't eaten here but I am a member of the Sip Club and the coffee is delicious. I am one of those people who like their coffee sickening sweet...lots of flavored creamer. Anyway, their iced coffee is so good w just a little bit of sugar and half n half. Furthermore, I have been doing my homework here because it's more peaceful than at home...even with the hustle and bustle of lunchtime. I sit in the back and and get my school work done. The store is quite clean, the employees are friendly, and the bathrooms are clean as well. All in all, it's a great place.

the place gets busy- and while it is a nice size, it could be tidier. they run out of product a lot, which is understandable as it is so busy, but the service is slow even when they aren’t busy. the employees don’t seem to have any sense of speed.Vegetarian options: significant vegetarian options!!
