I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen to go and it was wonderful. I really liked the flavor of the broth (I did add a little pepper), the noodles and other ingredients were tasty as well. I added an extra egg and no bean sprouts or bamboo. Best ramen I’ve had in Pittsburgh!
