I ordered food for my family of 4 on the app to pick up inside at the Pittsburgh PA Freeport road (waterworks) location. We had a few things wrong with our order, one of which was my fault because of issues with the app. The woman at the desk who helped me, I believe her name was Amanda, was amazing. She went above & beyond expectations. Thanks to her I had an excellent experience. We need more people like her in customer service. This could’ve easily been a much different review. I took my granddaughter to get a kids meal and a jr. Frosty after swim class. The food was hot and fresh and the employees were friendly and very kind to my granddaughter. She is only six and she said those grown ups were very nice. I laughed and I said they are actually teenagers. Everyone was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised., because these days customer service in most places is not very good.
Wendys needs to get it together! No matter which one Wego 2, they always mess our order up.

Worst Wendy’s in Pennsylvania. Dirty inside and out saw a dead mouse outside the restaurant. Inside was not clean and everyone working here looked filthy and not from the grease ? food tasted funny especially the fries. They were not friendly they just seem like they were over doing anything right at that job. A lot of people working in the back but every table was filthy but we were the only ones there.
