Mmmmmm Good
This Wendy's used to be awesome with employees consistently on point and food tasting as you'd expect, but it has fallen down tremendous. The food gets nastier every visit and they love to lock the doors WAYY before the dining room is supposed to close. I'm done.

The employees are generally efficient, competent, and friendly, with the manager for late-night, Autumn, being a standout for her good people skills. While there may be occasional bad service experiences, this location still stands out as the best in the area. However, some customers find it frustrating that the doors are locked early in the evening, and the building may need a refresh. The bathrooms have been noted as needing better upkeep, with issues like grease slicked floors and unpleasant smells. The in-app offers are appealing, but the kiosk system could use some improvement for a smoother ordering process. Despite some concerns, the drive-through is noted for moving reasonably well, and while some food items may be smaller or thinner than before, customers still find the fries surprisingly full and good. The walk-up lobby window is open during the same hours as the store, adding convenience.
