When I ordered the guy at the register made me repeat what was on the burger 3 different times( it was a simple plain cheese burger) and after he put it in the system wrong but one of the lady’s in the back saw it in the system and made it wrong, when it came time to pay my total was 10.70 I had 10 dollars in cash but I have money on my apple cash for times like this I hand him the 10 and ask if I can pay 70 cents on apple and he says yes he holds onto the cash as I am paying...read full review
I’m trying not the blame them because when I went through the drive-thru, they were 20 minutes to closing, but the chicken wrap was genuinely inedible. As my bf put it, “It shouldn’t feel like I’m biting into a jolly rancher when I’m eating chicken”, which was incredible accurate. I shouldn’t be able to akin what’s supposed to be soft grilled chicken to a hard candy… don’t even get me started on the fries.. At least my Sprite was good ?.

Part of my order was take-out, and Leanora said that they didn't do those plastic Wendy's bags anymore. When I came back to the counter when my order was ready, she had found a plastic grocery bag for me. Very kind and very nice, and had got my order right on the first try too. Wendy's needs more employees like her.
