Wow!! The manager was so sweet and nice, even though my order had me running late to my appointment she accommodated me later on in the day to pickup my food!!! Thank you again amazing service!!! More managers like this 🙌🏽
It's rare anymore to actually get hot, tasty food at any fast food place. Even when a location has just opened for the day, it's a crap shoot at best. But to my utter taste bud delight, I stopped here 15 minutes after they opened for the day, and they politely advised that it would be approximately 10 mins wait for my tenders, I waited patiently. If I could give zero stars, I would. Its the principle. Saw Wendy’s had a vanilla caramel crunch frosty and decided to order two in the Wendy’s app. Drove to the restaurant to pick them up and was asked to pull up to gate and wait. Not a problem. Waited about 7 minutes and someone came out to give me my order. Definitely NOT frosty’s. Literally melted slop. Caramel crunch resting at bottom of cup in messy glob.
