Overcharged me 7 dollars from what they said at the monitor. Also forgot half my order and refused to provide a receipt real “organized” workflow.
If I could give zero stars I would. The manager at this location is incredibly rude and should not be talking to customers the way he was. We didn’t get his name but he was the skinny red headed guy.
We placed an online order and didn’t tell us until we got to the window that they were out of frostys “because they were about to close” it was two hours before the posted closing time. They couldn’t give us a refund for it since it was a mobile...read full review
Rude and unprofessional management. Additude from night management when we asked for more information and clarification about mobile orders. They also said they were closing the store two hours prior to the posted time.
If you already placed a mobile order, cancel it while you have time. If I could rate lower than one star I would.
