I ordered on the app and made changes to my only sandwich to add items that cost extra. Once I received my order through the drive thru, I didn't peel apart my sandwich while at the window, I noticed when I got home. I got on the app for help and it puts you on a hold loop for 4 minutes at a time and no assistance ever comes through. The fries were fresh but as usual the sandwich was terrible.
The head supervisor is amazing I love her her name is Kristina
This was located next to our hotel, cuz we were visiting the pitts cjmhildrens hospital and 3 days in a row, the service truly sucked!! The employees had attitude like we were bothering them, each day, the orders were completely messed up, and today when we paid, she dropped the money on the ground as we handed it to her and wanted us to pay again😡😡
