I've stopped going to Wendy's bc the building of burgers, & customer service, consistency between locations is gone. I had a taste for a chocolate Frosty. Previous stops, Frostys couldn't be made. This time, I was greeted, properly served, treated like a patron, the drive server had unique Southern charm.
Breakfast used to be tasty but lately food is not hot and is barely edible. Going to the Burger King food is always hot and tastes delicious.
The head supervisor is amazing I love her her name is Kristina
