“Online orders are sadly always messed up, always. Something's either wrong, missing, or both.

After the remodel, it's not as comfortable as it used to be. The atmosphere seems like it was designed to not be comfortable, but if patreons do eat there, they just hose it off at the end of the day. So we always get our orders to go, but always have to check and go back and have it fixed.“

I normally get the chicken bacon ranch but without the ranch(weird I know haha). Have had the ham as well. Both are good. Next to no wait time for your food and the dining area is well maintained.“

“After having a not so good meal at the McDonald's nearby we tried this fast food place. The difference between McDonald's and here was incredible. The stacked burgers had fresh patties, fresh cooked bacon and a good sauce. The burger was made in a way where it didn't fall apart while eating it. Bathroom was clean and this Dairy Queen seemed to be well managed.“

“Idk what his name was but one of the employees just told me I brightened his day. Let me tell you that brightened my day, and was very unexpected. He was also very polite and even told me not to apologize for not being able to tip more than I had. (I felt $1 on a $54 order was just way too small and hated that I didn't have more cash to tip with.) He told me "Don't ever apologize for what you tip, we are grateful no matter what" You don't see a lot of people like that in the food industry and it was a great experience! “Great BK. The most polite and efficient employees I've ever encountered at any fast food place! Visited 10/11/19. Manager, all who were working today were great at their jobs.Update, two years later: Still the BEST fast food place we've ever stopped at. Kind and polite employees and manager, and perfectly prepared food. My husband made a mistake on the order, but they graciously and quickly got us what he meant to order with no delay. The fries were crispy and hot, and our spicy chicken sandwiches were crispy, tender and delicious. Everything was perfect!“

“I just got off of work and decided to go get dinner from McDonald’s in muncy on lycoming mall drive, im in drive through a young women asked if I saw a man on a bike bc he was in asking for food bc he hasn’t ate in 6 days! I said no I haven’t seen him but I hope he comes back to get food being that they were going to make him free food so he could eat! I drive down a little bit and see legs hanging out of a clothes donations bin looking for shoes I let him know that McDonald’s was going to feed him but he was to embarrassed to go back so I drove back explaining that I found him and they made him a burger and a water I offered to pay for a French fry and they told me no and gave it to him for his meal! I drove the food back to the man and he was so great full!!! Thank you to the young lady and manager on duty feeding this homeless man you made his night and mine! Amazing customer service!“

I was a total Karen when I called to check on an order, and I realized my out-of-state number hadn't allowed the driver's calls to reach me in the large building I'm in. The manager arranged for a second delivery attempt, and the driver was very pleasant. Found out he had tried for several minutes to find me originally with no luck.
