It’s McDonald’s it’s the same McDonald’s. You went to 30 years ago when you were a kid couple things have changed, this McDonald’s is right next to the like a antique car museum/showroom gets really busy on the weekends because people are going to the car place other net they’re quick In-N-Out they don’t play
I had to wait 25minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers. All because they ignored the online order screen for that long. It wasn’t until a young employee noticed I had been there a long time & asked if I was waiting. I showed him my order number. He told another employee who disregarded what he said and continued working on other orders. After another 12minutes of frustratingly starring at the screen with my order on it being ignored did the young employee noticed me again still waiting & addressed it to the same female employee again. I had to point to the online order screen where my order had been sitting for 22 minutes to which she finally printed my order ticket & finally prioritized my order. Both burgers weren’t even warm as it they both were made within 3minutes. I didn’t bother going back because I didn’t want to have an even worse experience with my complaint.

I've been to this mcdonalds a lot over the years, they've had good service, fresh food. The workers attitudes could have an adjustment as of recently, especially when they make a mistake and then take it out on a customer.

Nicely remodeled restaurant, but the dinner crew could use a makeover. Our meal was good & of course they have the best Coke products. But the breakfast staff are nice & keep the place clean! The boss in the 👖 & sweater spent most of her time talking crap on her coworkers. Whatever happened to training & teamwork?

Just like every other McDonald's breakfast. Did the job. This particular store was very slow. Placed a mobile order and still sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes.
