Man I am really loving this place! I'm pretty sure I've gained at least 10lbs since I started following the Hangout on the gram but I have no regrets. Everything I've tried here has been delicious. The staff here dreams up marvelous looking and tasting concoctions but are also able to make your wildest ice cream dreams come true, for a totally customizable experience. Recently I wasn't feeling ice cream and was thrilled to find out they also offer pretty solid açaí bowls! That being said I'm coming back for that s'mores milkshake that recently caught my eye. Friendly people, delicious desserts, and a super cute location awaits you at the Hangout and I suggest everyone gives them a try!

my boyfriend and i came here with our friend during happy hour for the first time visiting. the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the vibes were great. it’s a cute little treat spot. our milkshakes, birthday cake and strawberry shortcake, were very filling and delicious. we came back a second time and got water ice and banana pudding ice cream !
We love The Hangout Snack Bar. If you’re looking for a great tasting spot they are the place to go. They have a variety of items on their menu, it’s clean in there and the owners and their daughters are so nice and personable. They even have the hang out after dark once a month that we participated in. My daughter loved singing karaoke there.Make sure you check them out! My favorite is the cookie dough ice cream, but the banana cream I had last night might be my new go to. Enjoy!

A cute little shop in Morton. The owners are very welcoming when you walk in. They have "the hangout" sign in the back for you to take pictures with, which I thought was cool. It gave a bubble tea place vibe. The water ice were also very delicious, we were told that they get them from a vendor in Philly. They were also a bargain for the price! I will definitely come here rather than Rita's! They even have gelatis! Yumm Tip: you can ask to mix and match your flavors! Also, use cash! There's a 3% card fee! They also have other snacks and ice cream. Check out their menu! I reduced a star only because it's called the hangout, but they mostly only had bar tops that I thought were a bit uncomfortable. Suggestion: Maybe add free wifi and maybe a tv to watch or board games for people to "hangout" at. Nonetheless, we'll definitely be returning and do give them a try!
