I've been going here every Summer for 40 years.
for over 30 years in the area I finally tied this place.
Was also taught it was fine dining, very much a click, who you know place. Shirt an tie affair. I learned it is no such. It now just a nice Coal Town eatery.
Food was good, not great. Run of the mill standard it seemed. But good, none the less. The portions were much larger than i had expected, as they should be for the elevated costs associated with the name.

Went on a Saturday at about 6pm without reservations for 3. Place seemed full but got seated soon after.
Would recommend making a reservation if you're going to go around this time.
Very friendly atmosphere.
Tried a CPA appetizer. Totally recommend!
Waitress then recommended Chicken Nicole which comes with crab meat.
It was a Supreme experience.
Pizza was great too.
I have eaten here 4 times in the past month and totally recommend going.
Would recommend making a reservation if you're going to go around this time.
