I actually called them because I’m on my way to a doctors appointment with my son and I stopped in swift water At that Dunkin’ Donuts, my son asked me for his bagel and when I opened it up to give it to him, there was about a dime size of cream cheese on there, and the other side Didn’t have anything on it not to mention my food was also burnt and hard as a rock so I called the Tannersville Duncan and they were more than accommodating and told me to come on over so they could fix it for me. “Today I visited Dunkin at Pocono Summit. I ordered avocado toast along with hash browns, but unfortunately, they did not have the toast available. I also asked for an egg and cheese croissant, but that item was unavailable as well due to a high volume of orders. Since today is Sunday and weekends are usually very busy, I feel they should keep more food items stocked to avoid running out so quickly.

Aside from the limited availability of some menu items, everything else was good. The staff was polite, the service was fine, and the overall experience was still acceptable. I have also added a reference to the cancellation receipt for the unavailable items.“
