“Went in at around 5 or 6ish and tell me why there was only 2 people working… I would love to know who thought that, that was a good idea bc it was BEYOND busy for only 2 employees, I would actually cry. The only reason I give this 5 stars is because of how those 2 employees handled everything, 1 was a girl and other a boy, both seemed Hispanic and young, THEY NEED A RAISE for putting up with the management there“

“I can only speak on the one time I was there. I was greeted by a young lady that assisted me. She was friendly and was quick with my order (as I had walked -in and not call ahead)it wasn’t a large order) Just a dozen original glazed) There was others but they scattered from view when my mom and I came in. Donuts- I prefer the classic original donut. They tasted fresh and looked very appetizing. The place inside looked clean and outside was clean enough as winter would allow.Next time I think I’ll get a coffee and try a different donut ?No negatives as of my first trip to Krispy Kreme!Keep up the great work guys!“

“Amazing and delicious donuts. I am not a fan of donuts but these ones I could eat every single day and never get tired of them. The employees are so friendly and welcoming each and every time. It's also very cool to get to watch them make the donuts right in front of you. Before you leave they always ask how they look to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your order. “This is definitely the best Duncan location anywhere in Lackawanna in Susquehanna county. Every time I visit the drinks are made perfect. The food is cooked great. The people are respectful and they move you through the line very quickly as quickly as possible. Anyway, I go to dunkin' donuts all the time every day and never get the type of service anywhere else I get at this location. I highly recommend that you go out of your way to go here if you have to. It won't be a mistake.“
