“Getting hoagies from III Guys is CONSISTENTLY hit or miss. Now it's constantly a *miss* so we're done spending money here. I got a turkey hoagie today and there was barely anything on it! 😠 A regular sandwich is thicker! Two slices of turkey, a tiny bit of lettuce, some onions and a couple tomato slices! Oh and it was DRY! We paid for mostly BREAD! Feels awesome to be shafted for what you paid for. I had to put my own Mayo on it, add lettuce and add tomato to fill it! That's NOT the point of take out. Food quality is going DOWN last few years. ((See comments for pics of this sad hoagie)) We're done giving them the benefit of the doubt. The other hoagie we bought was also lacking & dry. “Monday is trivia night , with gift cards as prizes. Great specials on Wings or Steamed clams at $8/doz. Staff is outstanding , as well as the kitchen staff/chef. The outdoor patio, in season, is wonderful with large TVs and live music several nights each week.“

“Not from the area, but Mom and I stopped in here for some quick drinks and snacks while passing by, on our way home from our latest adventure.Nice little spot. Seems like it's probably the horse in a one horse town. Seems like all the locals hang here, and it was pretty busy.Convenience store, hot food, cold beer, a gas station, and a car wash!They had my favorite Red Bull here, the juneberry one, which was awesome because it's hard to find since the end of summer because I think it was discontinued.I'm glad we stopped here too, because we discovered one tire was real low on air. The air pump we used in the back was soooo slow, but it ran forever, so it got the job done. On our way out we saw another newer air pump by the carwash that takes credit cards and everything. That one probably works better, I wish I noticed it at first.Anyways, the people at the counter were really nice. I'd stop here again if in the area, for sure!“

“This place is just fabulous. We were driving back home from NY and were lucky enough to see their billboard. Called to verify our dog can be on the patio and went right over. The atmosphere, food just couldn't be better. Jenna made everything so nice. I was afraid our Goldendoodle would go home with her! Had a great cigar and bought an ash tray. We often travel from NC to NY to be with grandchildren; this will be our regular stop!“

The bartenders are super friendly — they actually remember your name and your drink after a visit or two. Drinks are delicious, cheap, and always served with a smile. It’s cash only, but there’s an ATM right inside, so no big deal. Perfect spot to unwind, chat with locals, or just enjoy a laid-back night without breaking the bank. “My go to bar for the last 40 years, friendliest atmosphere in any bar in town.Reasonable prices.Recently read some unfavorable comments about it, but people who would knock a place like this deserve to be ignored anyway.Wouldn"t waste my time going anywhere else.“

“It has a dive bar vibe with a huge bar area surrounded by some tables. It gets pretty busy at night. We didn't eat, but the pizza and wings looked good.

It seems like a great spot for drinks with friends or if you enjoy pulling up a few seats at the bar and people-watching.“

“Plains Pub is the friendliest bar that I have ever been to. It’s a truly family place. I live North of Montrose, 43 miles away, and am a cheesesteak fan and Scotch drinker I discovered the Pub in May and my 3rd time there, they knew my order before I ordered it I’m there every week now at least once I can’t speak highly enough of them“

“My wife and I were on a drive from Brooklyn to Erie, PA, and my wife found this restaurant (also called “The Greek Shack”) while doing a Google Maps search. It was a great find: wonderful views from the lakeside deck, and delicious Greek food. The portions were substantial. I had the Greek rice bowl and my wife had a terrific Greek salad. They also brought out warm pita and tzatziki as a bread plate. The only minor downside is that the restaurant is at the far end of a private development, and you need to stop at a security gate for a restaurant pass. But if you’re in the area, the food is worth it.“
