Great little local place. Food was good and plenty. Git the French onion souo very flavourful. Menu is just the right size not too much. Service was fabulous. The front where the bar is looking good the back looks like a work in progress but I'm sure it will be great.
We found this place on our third try. The first restaurant wasn't open yet, the second restaurant only accepted cash, we only had a debit card and happily on our third try we found Tavern on the trail. It is very clean and welcoming as soon as you enter the tavern. Our bartender was very friendly to everyone there. The sandwiches we ordered were delicious. We took a chance on this place during our road trip and it was absolutely delightful! Small little tavern with lots of character and very good food. The portions are very generous and the staff were wonderful. Highly recommend!
