Chicken Quesadilla
Tender chicken simmered with traditional herbs, spices in an authentic ancho, and poblano chile sauce. Topped with a Monterey jack cheese and wrapped in a jumbo flour tortilla. Served with rice, black beans, and our salsa borracha.
Tostadas Verde
Organic chicken simmered in a fire-roasted tomatillo sauce served on corn tostadas topped with pico de gallo and cheddar cheese. Served with jasmine rice and Cuban black beans.
Chicken Wrap
Grilled chicken breast wrapped in a flour tortilla with our honey-chipotle remoulade, bacon, and onion. Served with our home-cut fries.
Wings
Honey chipotle or traditional buffalo style. Served with celery and blue cheese.
Balsamic Shrimp Flatbread
Grilled flatbread topped with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, wild shrimp, fresh basil, and balsamic glaze.

I dined at the Forks last night. We were a party of 5 with reservations for 6. My wife and I were early but the staff readily seated us in cozy nook at the bar. We got comfortable and were greated by our waitress (Im horrible with names) who was prompt with cocktails. The rest of our party arrived and again- prompt service on all stage: cocktails appetizers and entres. The food and ambiance were fantastic! Quaint place. we had a reservation for 2 at 630p. parking lot was full but it is holiday season. seated right away. waitress friendly and responsive. winter salad was wonderful. chicken Louisiana disappointing and chicken pot pie was pretty good. portion sizes were good.

Excellent food. Chicken Pot Pie, BBQ roasted chicken and chicken parm were delicious. Amber, our server was amazing, and on a snowy Thursday night....was sweet and terrific. Will be back, when the weather is nicer...so we could sit outside on the porch.
