We were there Valentines day so yes they were busy. However, the staff seemed like it was their first night. Once we had our drinks and placed our order from their limited menu the place fell apart in the large dining room. A grp of 10 placed their order. We stayed after a day at the county fair. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Food was good. Owner and bartender both very friendly and accommodating,good conversations with staff and locals. Will definitely stay again when in the area
We stayed here during the 4th of July 2024 and found this place to be very comfortable and inviting. If you are looking for that late 1800’s country feel, this is the place to go. The old country Inn feeling is all around you sprinkled with a few modern amenities, tucked away in this tiny little town called Sonestown.
