So upset that this dunkin recently took new ownership. I was a loyal customer for 8 years, after 2 days of changing hands, prices were raised and staff was changed.
They do not participate in national promotions and even charge for a cup of ice water. I am sure loyal customers were see the negative changes and it will no longer be the busiest dunkin around.
Hoping for some positive changes!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called ahead around 8pm tonight to check and make sure there were still donuts left because I know towards the end of the day supply is low, and told the lady on the phone that I was on my way and I was 8 mins away (I live in Monroeville). I asked her if she could please hold me a half a dozen and gave her my name and she said yes I’ll hold them for you.
