Based on the reviews, Goodness Bowls is a restaurant that opened on April 25th in a plaza in Narberth, PA. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot, including several handicapped spaces. The restaurant has a bright seating area with chairs and tables inside and outside. It is described as super clean, vibrant, kid-friendly, and even has games if customers dine in. The staff members are great, very nice, and provide high quality service. Customers can order ahead online for a smooth process.
The menu offers Cold/Hot Bowls, Salads, smoothies, and more filling healthy lunch items. One customer ordered the Build Your Own Salad/Warm Protein Bowl with mixed greens, brown rice and quinoa medley, chicken breast, cheddar cheese, tomato, cucumber, almonds, and the goodness house viniaigrette. Another highly recommends the peanut butter and banana bowl, which is absolutely delicious and always fresh. The Island in the Sun Smoothie Bowl is a coconut base topped with granola, mango, pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, and honey. The That’s My Jam Toast features peanut butter, banana, crushed raspberries, chia, hemp hearts, and honey on sourdough. The Goodness Protein Bites are made with almond butter, oats, vegan protein, and chocolate chips. The Serotonin Boost Juice is a drink with beet, ginger, lemon, and pineapple. The price of the food is reasonable. The options and quality of ingredients are awesome, and customers love that they can customize their order.
