“Tim just catered our wedding of 130 and it was absolutely amazing. The entire crew was at the wedding location early in the morning to set up the smoker. The food was so incredibly fresh and delicious. The bourbon chicken is certainly a stand out, my lord!!! Tim and his staff were incredibly professional. Tim was in constant communication to ensure we had everything covered - it was much appreciated on such a hectic day.
