“Went out for a girls night and ended up at Fushion Kitchen because our first choice was too crowded. We hadn't been there before and thought we'd take a chance. Needless to say we're so glad we did. We had the crabcakes and french fries, which were so delicious. I always hesitate to get crabcakes because of all the filler some places prepare; but this crabcake was not the case. Perfect blend of crab and herbs and thoroughly enjoyed with the french fries which were seasoned well and cooked perfectly, not at all greasy. Others had the vegetable lasagna, and they said how delicious it was. Great portion too. For $20 you get a salad, main course and dessert. We brought our own wine and had an amazing time. Service was great and very friendly. They do a weekly menu of takeout or eat in and will definitely stop in again to dine and take out. Great find“

“The only critique I would have is that they need a better roll for the steak sandwich and it needs to be gutted. Now saying that I prefer the texture on the outside of the role to be different than the inside of the role. The roll feels like I’m eating white bread with seeds. But other than that, everything is delicious. I do not want to discourage you from getting the cheesesteak because it’s so good. I’ve had it several times! Like I said just prefer a different roll. The owner is very personable and besides the food bringing you back, you want to go back because of the owner.“

Not a problem, I was introduced to the butcher in the back who happily cut a pork shoulder to my specific requirement ( cubed, diced).Smoking your venison can be done as well (may be seasonal).Limited days and hours.Highly recommend a visit if only to see what this store is all about.“

“The ribs were good and the brisket was better. The chicken was a bit dry. I called the day before and the day of to ensure I would have enough ribs for my order. Unfortunately, the ribs I asked to be set aside a portion of them was sold. But he did give me a chicken.“

“We happened to see his place on the route 73 in Skippack around 5 pm on Friday. Most of meats were sold out. We got half rack of baby back rib and 2sides. The bark on the rib was perfect. We fell for amazing tender juicy meat with post oak smoke flavor, not masked by seasonings. The best rib so far! We will try to get more ribs and brisket soon. Thank you!“

“As I was driving through this town I literally was praying for a little deli to get a breakfast sandwich. I didn't want Wawa or Royal farm or any of the other fast food joints. I saw this little tiny stores on the side of the road and turned around and went inside. The nice lady took my order and yes it took some time because they were making it right there and I was able to entertain myself with all the little things they had in there front area. The food arrived hot and was extremely tasty. Price was right and I will definitely stop there again. Should I find myself going through that town..“

All of my guests absolutely LOVED the food to the point where they said they will never be able to eat a certain sandwich we had anywhere else again. “Every piece of fish I've had tasted fresh but it's their sauces man. They know how to pair them. Or if i just want some fried potatoes to go with some shots you can taste that the fryers are clean. Fun cover bands too.Parking: Huge parking lots and you know your car is safe.“

Obviously, before covid, it's business was to provide quick breakfast and lunch to employees and catering to businesses. Place was very empty the two times we went. But the food was good. Liked the cheese omelets and breakfast sandwiches. Coffee was good, too.“
