Applebee's Grill + Bar

I stopped ordering from here because of how appalling the delivery was becoming. Our order would get mixed up, certain meals would taste like other things- we stopped eating there for 2 months but the new OM Cheese Burger came out and my partner wanted to try it...

The cheese sauce was unmelted preshredded cheese in a white sauce that tasted like watered down mayo. They also added all the normal toppings to it when specified not to.

I ordered the quesadilla salad (with no cheese, which I've done before and they removed it off the salad) but this time the quesadillas had no cheese either? Why would you send me a bunch of toasted tortillas with nothing on it? I didn't get a picture because I was too baffled by the cooks decision to send that in an order.

And why does everything taste like someone held a pickle before assembling everything? Cross contamination? Please wash your hands?? Come on.

I give up on this location.

Worst first impression. Olympic-level wait times.

This is my first time at this Applebee’s and I’m writing this review while still sitting at my table waiting for my food — that should already tell you everything you need to know.
I’ve been here close to 30 minutes and the only thing that’s touched this table is two waters. That’s it. There are a few groups seated, but nowhere near enough to justify this kind of delay. The explanation I got?

“There’s a table of 18 people that ordered before you.”

Okay… and? This restaurant is built to hold at least 100 people, and most of the place is basically empty. So who exactly is the kitchen overwhelmed by — ghosts?
What makes this even funnier (in a painfully ironic way) is that while waiting, I started reading the reviews… and someone named Anthony posted FIVE HOURS AGO describing the exact same experience, during an even slower time of day. So this isn’t a one-off — this is apparently an all-day event.

If you enjoy:
• Long waits
• Zero updates
• Wondering if your food exists
• Questioning your life choices
Then this is the place for you.

Unfortunately, there aren’t many restaurants open at this hour, so I’m stuck waiting it out — but I definitely won’t be coming back. Unacceptable service, terrible first impression, and absolutely not worth the wait.

Consider this your warning: plan for water… and a LOT of patience.

Food finally arrived.
To be fair, the flavours were actually good, which almost makes this more frustrating. Unfortunately, the food was cold — which strongly suggests it had been sitting around for a while before being brought out.
Also worth mentioning: the appetizers arrived at the exact same time as the entrées, completely defeating the purpose of ordering appetizers in the first place. If I wanted everything dumped on the table at once, I would’ve just ordered a sampler platter and called it a day.
Good flavours don’t make up for cold food, poor timing, and excessive wait times. This place needs serious work on pacing and basic service execution.

Dina was an awesome bartender.. was greeted by the manager Sam who was also very amazing. Was treated like family at this location.

Went to this location with my team for a late night snack and Sam and Dina was awesome!!!! Very professional and very friendly!!!! Definitely would recommend this location and give Sam and Dina a raise !!!!

Not a recommendation location to go to just went a walked in waited 10 minute for a hostess to even show up and over 15 seats open and we get told for 2 people 25 minute wait about everytime we go to this location but any other you can get seated right away I think management need to get there employees checked

I had a horrible experience tonight at Applebee's. First off, they ripped us off for a $15 appetizer that should have came with the 2 for $32. Secondly, the waitress was rushing us throughout the ordering process up until the very end when it was time to leave. My mac and cheese showed up with no cheese on it and i had to ask for some and showed the waitress how the noodles were completely dry. Refills on drinks were not happening and at one point took about 10mins for her to come back with the lemonade. Also, everyone inside was coughing and sneezing on everyone else and I guess i should have known better because of flu season but they obviously do not care about stopping the spread because even after those people left they did not disinfect or wipe down the table or seats and just let it sit there. Also, their windows reflect this as they're disgustingly filthy as well. I can honestly say that I will never be going to this particular Applebee's location again, if ever an Applebee's location whatsoever. The bill ended up being $100 and I didn't even eat half of it. My family and I were extremely disappointed!

Horrible service manager was unprofessional swearing in front of kids. Over a hour to get our food no refills. So many better options then this wouldn't recommend.

I will honestly be the first to tell ya, this restaurant is fine, just how I feel ,not just this location but every one I have been too. I just wanted to say my husband and I came to this restaurant for a few beers and some apps!! I will tell you, this is the best service we had at this particular location, our waitress was so great!! I just got out the receipt our waitress was Jessica R!!! I called in and gave a great review and we do not know her so it’s not bias, but I think people mostly call in to complain, so hopefully the manager reaches out to give you the credit for what you deserve … working hard does pay off!!
