Had lunch today with my family, overheard a table complaining about being over charged compared to menu price and it was a couple dollar difference, I watched the waitress tell the manager who didn’t come out and apologize but the waitress appeared to make it right. I told my family to make sure upon check to verify meal was accurate cost and sure enough it was NOT. Kids menu lists the meal at 8.95 (a lot for pasta no meat) on my bill it stated $10 and some change for a kids...read full review
This place is busy but only by luck. The owner only cares about lining his pockets, not providing value to the customer. Everything here is expensive and I'm guessing he's not using the best of ingredients. The employees all seem like they are miserable and have a guillotine hanging over their head. Not an enjoyable place to dine.
here is my question ?? how do u label u r self an italian restaurant and DO NOT OFFER A SIDE OF MEATBALLS AS AN OPTION. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND I ASKED /PAID FOR EXTRA SAUCE AND EVEN ASKED AT THE COUNTER .....NO EXTRA SAUCE
