Fries are nasty and have been sitting out. Chicken was ok but a 3 piece meal for over $10 and the fries are not fresh is not cool

This franchise does pretty good but seems to have issues with retaining employees. We've been there at times and only one or two people are on shift. The food's really good and that's the most important thing

Very unclean floors are sticky not one clean table. The back looks disgustingly dirty they should fire the whole crew and hire new people who can clean

Sticky floors, outdated interior and slow service. I'd skip this place. Food was okay.
As a part of the inspire brand team, this location disappointed me. Service was awful. Alexandra in drive thru threw our food in my 80 yro grandmother's face and was overwhelmingly rude. This location is a poor representation of the inspire brand franchise. Do better. -10 out of 10, do not recommend.

I don't know if it's how they were trained, or if it's just typical Southern Hospitality, but me and my significant other stopped in Arby's union square plaza Saturday 10/19/24 at 4:00pm and greeted by the friendliest staff ive ever encountered. I didn't get their names, but it was 2 young guys and one female that I assumed was the manager. The way they associate with the customers, the way they worked together, it was second to none, more like they were family and not just co workers. Big shout out to, let's just call him Louisiana, his friend and the young lady behind the counter that night.
This Arby's is incredible and very unique looking and the service is incredible. The prices are a little high but they do have a drive thru for fast service. The shakes are incredible. They have gyros , fish sandwich, lots of roast beef , and you can also use coupons.
