As a part of the inspire brand team, this location disappointed me. Service was awful. Alexandra in drive thru threw our food in my 80 yro grandmother's face and was overwhelmingly rude. This location is a poor representation of the inspire brand franchise. Do better. -10 out of 10, do not recommend.

I don't know if it's how they were trained, or if it's just typical Southern Hospitality, but me and my significant other stopped in Arby's union square plaza Saturday 10/19/24 at 4:00pm and greeted by the friendliest staff ive ever encountered. I didn't get their names, but it was 2 young guys and one female that I assumed was the manager. The way they associate with the customers, the way they worked together, it was second to none, more like they were family and not just co workers. Big shout out to, let's just call him Louisiana, his friend and the young lady behind the counter that night.
This Arby's is incredible and very unique looking and the service is incredible. The prices are a little high but they do have a drive thru for fast service. The shakes are incredible. They have gyros , fish sandwich, lots of roast beef , and you can also use coupons.

We were here about a week ago. Cleanest Arby's I have been in. Staff was nice and service was good. Restrooms were cleanest I've seen in fastfood in a long time.

I can't believe the board of health hasn't shut that dirty place down. My feet stuck to the floor and my pants stuck to the booth cushion. Disgusting! Filthy!
First time trying the Burgers at Arby's. Hopefully they aren't prepared this way at all Arby's. Overcooked to a crisp, or just black and dry from sitting there for hours, I'll never know. The curly fries were a far cry from being hot or fresh. Didn't look like anyone had cleaned the dining area in quite a while.

I only stopped for potato cakes and normally I don’t let 1 thing ruin my meal, but I ordered a cheese cup that I paid for and didn’t receive it, so I was pretty disappointed. I left my phone at home and was to far down the road by time I noticed to fix it…. I should have known I wasn’t getting my cheese cup when the lady asked if I wanted ketchup at the window but I declined, since I was excited for my cheese cup… instead I had to eat them plain, and they just tasted tasteless and disappointing from what I remember :/
