The owners and staff are always so friendly! It’s my go to after the gym for a refreshing, healthy reward or even when I’m just out running errands and want a healthier beverage option. They’ve even added more options to their menu starting today which will add value to anyone looking for an energy pick me up, a delicious protein drink, a refreshing drink with added health and immunity boosting benefits. Literally something for everyone!
New Castle nutrition I have discovered to be a hidden gem. The entire menu and ordering process was explained to me after I said it was my first time trying them. I went with protein coffee and I’m not disappointed. The price is abit higher then traditional coffee or tea would be but if the benefits mentioned are there you are truly getting more for your money. Give them a try.

My girls and I love it here ❤️ we love coming here for “tea parties” the mega teas are life savers on days that I’m dragging and their meal replacement shakes are awesome for sugar cravings! So glad new castle has a place like this!Kid-friendliness: So many cute games and coloring books to occupy the kids!
