They shrank the cup sizes one size smaller. So a large is now in a medium cup, a medium is in a small cup, and a small is in what was the JR cup. They also seemed understaffed and the food was warm but not hot.

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap which is usually good. The one I got today took a bath in buffalo sauce. I can't bite into it without getting squirted with sauce. It did not have much on it but a piece of lettuce and a bite of tomato on one half, and all I can taste is buffalo sauce. The fries were also doused in salt. I had trouble with your app today because when I chose pickup instead of delivery it went right to in store pickup. I called the store to let them know but no one answered. This was supposed to be my free deal on a wrap today - it was free all right - of quality.

I usually order late at night through the drive thru and the food has been okay for late night food. I just went here tonight and the sand-which had bacon on it that had some kind of sugar on it? Im assuming they didn't want to have to make new bacon for my sandwich and use old bacon. Which this has happened a couple times in the past too. There was also no tomatoes on it and a hair on my sandwich. I get that it is later in the night, but I have been continuously having problems here. I will never pay $10 for a hair in an already messed up gross sandwich

The general manager told us to hold on for a second and we waited 10 minutes for service and then we waited another five minutes for our food which wasn't even hot when it came out the fries were lukewarm.Parking: Arby's has a nice size parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes this place is wheelchair accessible

It's always fresh, never messes up my order , and is definitely filling.That said, I'd trade my first born for white cheddar Mac and cheese to come back.Please, it's 3am, and I can't sleep thinking about it. XDAnyways, they are always consistent in good quality.

When I speak to someone and I am placing an order, and the gentleman taking my order literally looks away from me everytime he responds. Very odd. Watch the next person and same issue. I think I know what the issue is but I feel offended by it so I will not look into it to much. Need better communication. Feel like I'm being disrespected all the time here.
