Can you PLEASE fix the MASSIVE HOLE in your drive thru lane? My car bottoms out every time I pull up to the window. I have told employees multiple times over the past few months that there is a HUGE hole right by the window and none of them seem to care. I get the 'Oh, okay then' type of response and they finish the transaction and give me my food. It has been months and the hole just keeps getting bigger. After waiting for 12 minutes to order(note there was only one car ahead of me that also had to wait at the screen to order) I finally ordered. I then pulled up behind said vehicle at the window and waited an additional 13 minutes before driving away. I spent/wasted my time for food I didn’t even get to enjoy. When I went to order I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry for your wait” I could hear that the vehicle in front of me had their order wrong as well.
