EVERY time we go through the drive through, there is an issue with our order. EVERY single time. Ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches, only 2 packets of horsey and arby sauce. The sandwiches made were a mess (although they were still delicious.) Ordered 4 potato cakes, received 3. We were told to move forward from the window because the potato cakes needed to be dropped, even though no one ever drove behind us to warrant the request to move. Then had to go inside to have order corrected. I need to realize I just have to go inside Arby's to receive the correct order. No more drive through. Lesson finally learned.

Got home realized my order was wrong, unfortunately didn't feel like driving back. So stuck with a hard wrap that is tough as leather when I ordered a sandwich.

Always clean, always cook fresh and fast sometimes take few minutes but always fresh ? I like it ? ?
Parking: Just pay attention, parking lot is connected to other parking lots
Had the Philly steak sandwich last week, which should have just been called the Philly cheese sandwich. Look nothing like the picture, had very little steak in it at all. This time when I went through, I complain to the person who was at the window, and she basically ignored me. No comment, no apology, just kept right on like nothing happened. The only thing decent on the menu is the Gyro as far as I’m concerned which is pretty decent.
Reuben sandwich is banging.
