Had the Philly steak sandwich last week, which should have just been called the Philly cheese sandwich. Look nothing like the picture, had very little steak in it at all. This time when I went through, I complain to the person who was at the window, and she basically ignored me. No comment, no apology, just kept right on like nothing happened. The only thing decent on the menu is the Gyro as far as I’m concerned which is pretty decent.
Nice clean store with friendly workers. Go every Sunday.Parking: Easy to park every week. Big lot.

Worst drive through tonite. Young guy and girl working did absolutely terrible. Cancel my order once I saw what was going on there They really need a manager working with them if they want business

I was the only person in the drive through and no one was in the dining room and I still had a 20 min wait. They still left out half my order, messed up my sandwich, no fries, and no sauce. If you want arbys in New Castle go to the one in union.
This was the 3rd time in 2months they were having a problems and I couldn't get anything. What's going on

Went through drive through be half to hour before roast beef done! Really? Get ahead of game !! if it was busy! back that roast beef up!!!!! I went giant eagle kill time spent 100 bucks go through hour later year it’s ready now!! Lol ! roastbeef cheddar and crinkle fries.was like this going Be a good meal!!!! Lol!! I paid I said can have sauces yes be in bit for ur food then opens window opens!!! Louie gives me food .lol . I should known by dude gave me food! by now I’m dumb !!! me should check everything out . I was hoping food was going be great! . Wow ! Fries hard cold beef sandwich was so cold ! Hour waiting fries should be dumped after 10 - 15 minutes worked ther be honest think 7 minutes dump them !!no sauces no napkins! no nothing!ketchup ask for.. they don’t give ketchup out and napkins!! Haha ! Price we spend ! Bull!!!got home called let me talk manager that’s me no way dude should have position! Young girl Katie was manager I know it!! She must been on phone ! Like said worked there! why u can’t eat at places late night Newcastle pa!!!all young punks !! Not all u have eat no later 630 get good meal!!Come back up waited hour for roast beef really again!!! Wanted go home ! First time arby’s!!! Was Hour ago craving arbys! Called soon pulled In! Come up replace fries said really!!!!!!!! U pulled away forgot ur packets !! Don’t know what else say come up ! Why do have suffer ? Why should have waste gas for ur dumbness! No not fair waited good meal place this 10 times was with ppl said don’t go there go union one !
