Ordered for 530 pickup. Waited in line until 620. Asked when our food was made and if it was cold from sitting for 50 minutes. Was told no, handed the food and window slammed. No utensils, didn’t receive everything we ordered, and my bowl had only rice, guac, and sour cream on it. My husbands was also missing half of the toppings. When he brought them in to be fixed he received no apology, just blank stares from the staff. 100% would not recommend.

We absolutely love Chipotle and we’re super excited to find one close to us. Food is always good and tastes fresh. The only thing I wish Chipotle would change would be if you order through the drive through you have to park while the people who ordered ahead can go through the line.

This place is a disappointment. Was so happy when a Chipotle was being built closer to home. We walked out the other night when we were told, once again, that they were out of things. Went back to night and again out of steak. Was told it was on the grill and I would have to wait. As the guy is cutting it up his taking his time, no one hurries here, I wait. People in the back standing around. Girl at register tells me how much and wants paid. I told her I would pay when my food was made. Lots of attitude in that girl. I asked her why she had the attitude when I was the one waiting yet again. Never have any guacamole…always out.

I hadn’t ever been to Chipotle. The worker was so so nice and explained everything to me, wrapped that burrito up like a brick, and it tastes amazing. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and very quick.
I ordered chipotle off of DoorDash and when I tell you that this is the most repulsive chipotle bowl I’ve ever had, I mean it whole heartedly. Firstly everything was freezing cold, secondly the steak tasted like the grill it was cooked on. Disgusting. Majority of the rice grains are hard and some are soft. This is not enjoyable and for 30? What a waste. If you’re living in new castle just make your way to Boardman for some chipotle, trust me it is worth the drive.

I felt like I lost brain cells in there. Went in asking if I could order a quesadilla in store or via the app and the girl legit looked scared to answer me or afraid to even ask management because she'd get in trouble. If management is that intimidating to where your own employees don't want to ask you, the 2.8 star review on Google is warranted.
