Very big space with many options on their menu. Only 2 CR beers but a nice variety of craft available. Our waitress was very busy with a huge party next to us but still did a good job making sure we had what we needed. Very big portion sizes. Would come back

It’s been 9 months since their last review, I think that was the last time they cleaned as well. Staff was unhappy and vocal about the event the night before. Not a welcoming environment. We had one beer and got out asap.

No, I would not recommend. I waited before writing this review hoping that I would get a call back from the manager. I left 2 requests for him to call me and haven't heard anything back. My husband and I were there on a Saturday for lunch. Our food was ok and service was fine. I ordered takeover for my mom, a hamburger with nothing but raw onion on it. We finished our lunch and waited a long time for the takeout. My mom called the next day to thank me. She said they remembered the raw onion, unfortunately there was no hamburger, just the bun and raw onion. We love to support local businesses, however we will not be going back to The Crane Room. I didn't expect a free meal or even credit. However an apology would have gone a long way.
When you get as amazing food such as this, it’s tasty!! Though, I will have to give it 4 ⭐️’s. Not bad for all the atmosphere and the lively music that played within. Will go again!!

6/11/22: Directed to the brewery area by the front of house. Sat for 25 minutes while staff walked by and made eye contact, never was spoken to, never got served. Won't be back.
